Adverse Weather Conditions (Deep snow /localised flooding)

We aim to keep the passengers and driver safe at all times.  However, we cannot be held responsible for any adverse weather conditions on your special day. If we feel any adverse weather will affect general safety to you and our driver, we will inform you as soon as possible on the day.  This will only be done as a very last resort.  We will do our utmost to honour the contracted signed, and to be with you on time at the stated destination as agreed.

If this happens to you, we will refund all monies apart from the initial deposit paid.  This is to cover our initial outlay for your booking (i.e. any ribbons/flowers/time involved).

If you cancel the booking

If you have only paid the non-refundable deposit and you decide to cancel for what ever reason, we will not refund this deposit. 

However, if you have paid the full amount and then have to cancel last minute, we will make a cancellation charge of £50 and also retain your initial £30 deposit.  Other monies will be returned on receipt of written cancellation within 7-10 working days.
